Job Title: Skilled Siding, Stone, and Stucco Laborer

Location: SEATAC and surrounding Seattle area

We are currently seeking a skilled Siding, Stone, and Stucco Laborer to join our team. As a Siding, Stone, and Stucco Laborer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing exterior siding, stone, and stucco on residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut siding, stone, and stucco to fit around windows, doors, and other features of the building.
• Install and repair siding, stone, and stucco on exterior walls.
• Apply caulking and sealants around windows, doors, and other areas to prevent moisture from getting behind the siding, stone, and stucco.
• Use hand and power tools to cut and shape materials.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in siding, stone, and stucco installation and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to speak passable spanish and english preferred.
